Floorball is a fast, safe and fun type of indoor hockey, played with lightweight sticks and a hollow plastic ball. A great sport for hockey players in the off-season! There are a few rules, mainly to make it a safe sport for everyone, and no protective gear is required.
CSW are starting a school league in the Hutt Valley from Term 4 2025, so our floorball teams will be entered into the CSW league and play against other schools. This means the playing day has changed to a Tuesday for Term 4.
- Game Day: Tuesdays - Term 4
- Dates: TBC
- Times: Between 6.00pm - 9.00pm
- Venue: Walter Nash Stadium, Taita
- Uniform: We will provide shirts. Black shorts and sneakers.
- Equipment: Sticks and goalkeeping gear provided at the venue
- Ability: All abilities welcome
- Fee: $60
- Closing Date: 22 August 2025 (for registration and payment)

Commitment and Communication
When you join a sports team, you must be fully committed to the team and attend all trainings and games. You are expected to tell your coach/manager if you are unable to attend a session.
