Competitive Badminton Teams: We have a number of teams who play in the Hutt Valley League. Competitive badminton players should know the rules and have some experience of playing. Students attend trials and are placed into teams. The competitive teams play a longer season, in term 2 and 3 (May to August).

Social Badminton Teams: We do welcome friend groups who want to play in the weekly competition (you need 5 or 6 players in your team and a parent manager, pick up a form from the sports office to enter your team). You are welcome to come to the trainings on a Wednesday, but this is not a requirement for social badminton teams. The social teams play a shorter season in term 2 only (8 weeks, May to June).

• Game Day: Juniors Year 9 &10:  Thursdays (starting 7 May)
• Game Day: Seniors Year 11-13:  Fridays (starting 1 May)
• Times: 4.00pm - 5.30pm
• Venue(s): various schools in the Hutt Valley
• Training times: Wednesdays 2.45pm - 4.45pm
• Uniform: PE Uniform and sneakers
• Equipment: Players must have their own Badminton racquet.
• Fee: $30
• 1st Trial: Tuesday 24 March: 3.30pm - 5.00pm
• 2nd Trial: Thursday 26 March: 3.30pm - 5.00pm 

NOTE: Appropriate school behaviour and attendance standards are a requirement for a student to participate in extra-curricular activities.
