The Kaiārahi is the first point of contact in the link between home and school.  Kaiārahi move through the college with their Ako class and are in daily contact with their students.

Kaiārahi coordinate the following:

• mentoring and guidance
• Korero ā whānau profiling
• attendance - the school has a target of 90% attendance
• uniform
