We are looking for a tagged (Cl 47) teacher who has the ability to take on liturgical and sacramental responsibilities, and who has had experience teaching the Bishop's curriculum up to Year 13. Commencing start of Term 3 2026.
The successful applicant will be working with the current Co-HODs in a vibrant and team-orientated Religious Studies department. Please state other subjects.
The successful applicant will lead and support the faith, mission, and formation of students and staff, ensuring the Catholic character of the school is lived and expressed across all aspects of school life. They will actively recognise, respect, and uphold the school's Catholic special character through engagement in the full life of the school, including religious instruction and observances.

Fixed term part-time (recruitment)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time teacher to join our Religious Studies department for a fixed term 0.80 FTTE position, commencing Monday 25 May 2026 and finishing 11 December 2026.
This vacancy includes both senior and junior classes. Please state other subjects.
The successful applicant will be expected to recognise, respect, and uphold the school's Catholic special character and be actively involved in the total life of the school, in a manner which respects the religious instruction given and religious observances practiced within the school.

Sacred Heart College is looking for volunteer reader / writers to help us support students with class related tests and assessments over several days.
You will need good handwriting, spelling, and communication skills. Typing ability may also be an advantage. Training would be provided.
