12/13GEO Tongariro Trip
In week six, the Y12/13 Geography classes did some field work in the Tongariro Volcanic Environment.
This curriculum trip is rich in learning and fun, and saw the students collecting data up Mount Ruapehu and completing the Tongariro Crossing. Tongariro National Park is an amazing environment rich in natural and cultural features and the geographers were blessed with fantastic weather. Thank you to Mr Findlay and Mrs Adams for guiding our students throughout the trip.
