EOTC Fundraiser

We are organising a Pie and Savoury fundraiser to help support our students with their education outside of the classroom.

Students gain incredible experiences from attending sport, class trips and other extracurricular school activities, and we realise they can be a financial burden for some families.

National Youth Jazz Competition $200
GEO203 Tongariro Crossing $300
Winter Tournament week $650
Day sports tournament $50 per tournament.
Ski trip $320
Year 10 Camp $120
Tough Guy Tough Gal $45
Year 9 Camp $25
Outdoor Ed Costs $40
Rotorua Trip (Tourism) $250

How will this fundraiser work?
We have partnered with New Zealand based online fund-raising company Raise It. Raise It specialises in working with New Zealand schools and clubs to maximise their fundraising efforts. We have chosen to run a Savoury and Pie product campaign.

By running our campaign online, it makes it easy for everyone.  No more door knocking, your family can fundraise from home. No need to worry about handling all that cash and bringing it in. You simply sign up on the fundraising website, share the link with family and friends and they can arrange to collect their products from you at the end of the fundraiser.

How do I sign up to fundraise online?
Each fundraiser can sign up for their very own web page to send out to friends and family to collect sales. Just go to our Fundraising Hub page at:
https://sacredheartlowerhuttpies.raiseit.co.nz

  • You will find a link to SETUP YOUR FUND-RAISING PAGE
  • If you need any help, email [email protected]  for direct assistance
  • All fundraiser totals update in real time and your supporters can leave you messages of encouragement

Ideas for promoting/selling:

  • Share your child’s fund-raising page around your workplace/colleagues and tell them a date when you will bring their purchases for collection
  • Share the links with your friends
  • Use the links on your fundraising page to share with friends/family via email and social media
  • For family and friends who don't live locally, offer to give their purchase to a local charity you support

At the end of the fundraising campaign (last day for sales is Sunday 31 May) all orders will be compiled, and products will be collected and distributed at the school PAC on Thursday 18 June at 3.30-4.30pm.

To help ease some of the costs, we would love your support in assisting our students' participation. If you would like to purchase some to help, please copy the link: https://sacredheartlowerhuttpies.raiseit.co.nz/peivfandxm

We will be running fundraisers in each of the terms in 2026:
Term 3 Pork Buns and Dumplings
